Beautiful black skirt. Size large/extra large. 100% Viscose/Rayon. Ethically handmade in India. Cold wash, delicate. Dry on extra low. Drawstring, elastic waist is 32", unstretched. Length is 38-39", due to the scalloped bottom. Very full, bottom width is 112", a little over 3 yards. See closeup in third picture for bottom design.
