Brand new with tag.This is a beautiful top from TALBOT'S. It is done in a brocade style fabric, black background with lavender rose print.It has princess seams front and back. Side zip. Made from 81% polyester 19% viscose. 100% polyester lining. Dry Clean only. Size 14. Chest = 21.5in. underarm to underarm.  Hips = 23in. seam to seam at hem.  Length = 25in. shoulder to hem.  Measurements are approximate and were taken with the garment lying flat.
