What a lovely Designer floral dress by BO BEL! Vibrant purples blues and yellow flowers adorn this chiffon flowy like fabric. Tie sash string can be fastened in front or back. Also fun is that the dress has curved front Scoop neckline and a back V neckline which can be worn in reverse. Then the sleeves!
