Hello. Does this duster a loose fit. Looking to fit a size 12 women. from armpit to armpit 42" and upper body (bicep of arm) should measure at least 7" across the arm so that the sleeves are not too tight. Would like the duster to cover the bust and upper torso without any gaps.
