lslittlemermaid @lgarce47 Hey ! it's 22 inches across the chest. I use to be a 38 DD, I'm now a 34 D (very sad about this) and it wasn't too tight but not to lose. As far as stretch it's 100% polyester, so it doesn't stretch, but also doesn't shrink when you wash & dry it. It's not itchy & is very breathable
