twinkbrownlee I’m posting pictures showing. It is a modified empire style. The pleated sash is above the waist. It’s a full flowing skirt with fabric cascading down in back.

twinkbrownlee It is 53” long, 18” across top of bust, below bust above waist is 16 1/2” so 33” and flowing skirt. Hope this helps. Worn once for my son’s wedding. It is a beautiful dress.
