Beautiful Brocade dress Overcoat

Navy Blue/ Black brocade overcoat. This has never been worn but it is gorgeous especially paired with a navy blue or black dress. It is shorter but could go with even a long dress. This is brocade with buttons and pockets so it's a bit dressy. Think Sarah Jessica Parker (statement piece)!
