Beautiful Blue formal gown size 20

Beautiful dark blue formal dress with dusty blue flowers and sparkle accents. No built in bra Worn once no damage professionally dry cleaned. The length is for a person between 5’4” and 5’6”. I wore 2 inch heels and then tennis shoes for the seamstress to work with making the hem perfect for both shoe types which is why it works for the height I provided.
