Beautiful Blue Top

This blue is more like a medium navy blue, the sequins part is stretchy and under the top layer that is a very thin see through fabric, blue is in right now so I would wear this shirt with some cute white shorts with navy wedges or heels if in summer and with white cropped or Capri fitted pants with heels or wedges if in fall. It’s in great condition with no tears or snags.
