@ireneqgarcia53 hi it's open cuff so you can adjust it to your size but I would recommend no smaller than 7 inch no larger than 9 inch wrist

@ireneqgarcia53 I just took a look at it again and it seems it runs a little smaller than a few of the others so I think you will be fine with the 6.5 as I am about 7 and it's fine.
