@kittykatsimone I do not have the measurements off hand the dress is at my moms house but I have small chest about (34 A/B) if that helps. The stain I am not sure, I think it was something that spilled that I just walked through but you cannot see it when wearing as it is under the train. There is not much stretch it is fairly form fitting.
