Beautiful Blue Lace material dress Size Small

Beautiful Blue Lace material dress with cross over straps and a zip up on the back. NWOT- It’s in perfect condition no rips marks or stains. I wore it once for a few hours to a wedding and I no longer fit size small but again kept it in hopes one day I would be again!! This dress is also very beautiful and could be worn on a summer day or formal event or for the holiday with Christmas around the corner it is perfect with a throw over. And again this dress looks just as amazing on as it does on the hanger!
