Beautiful Blue Floral Dress

This dress is beautiful. I wore it 4 times at the most. It's in perfect condition. There's belt loops to wear a belt with it. If you like it better without you can cut the loops off and I'll keep the belt haha. The dress just got a little short on me as I grew. The back is a zipper closure.
