Beautiful Blue Blouse (NWOT)

Picture doesn’t do the color or the material justice. Calming blue and light and soft to the touch and cute twist detail. I see this with some high-waisted, wide-legged pants and and a pair of flats from my closet. Or pair it with a skirt or sweats… it that versatile. No tag but never worn.
