Beautiful Black Tulle Layered Skirt XL Goth Dark Princess Cosplay Mid Length

I have for sale a beautiful, black tulle layered skirt extra large. It’s been taken in approximately 4 inches on each side so it could be let out to make an extra extra large tulle skirt. 28” long from waist. Waist unstressed 32” stretches to 42” but can be let out another 8”. The skirt is displayed on a 45-36-42 Mannequin and has not been cinched in any way.
