The front of the bag has 2 large pockets as well as a 5 pen holder. There is some dents on the pen holders from the clasp on the top of the pens. Inside is 2 large sections as well as another zip pocket. The bag is a heavy well made leather and the bag was made in Italy. The strap is 43 inches long.
