This blouse is made of very comfortable material. It has 3/4 length sleeves with a 2" strip down the middle of each sleeve of see-through mesh with a line of different size faux white pearls. All pearls are on the sleeves and none are missing. The pictures might show a faded black but the blouse is actually a jet black. The blouse is machine washable with like clothes on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat. NWOT
