Beautiful 1950's Vintage Saks Fifth Avenue Black Scallop Knit Dress

Beautiful 1950's Vintage Saks Fifth Avenue Black Scallop Knit Dress with Original Knit Belt with Yellow embroidered Label. This is a super dress that is in very good vintage condition. I wore this only once then placed it into my vintage collection - now it no longer fits. The black scallop knit shows minimal wear except at the sleeve where there is some very minimal wear as shown but a jacket or sweater over this will be perfect - a seamstress can sew black thread over this. No size label but I think I was a 4-6 when I purchased it. To maintain the beauty of this piece, I recommend to not over stretch this knit so please see the measurements below. Measurements Lying flat: this piece will allow a comfortable 1" additional allowance in the stretch. Chest: 34 Waist: 26 Hip: 36 Length: 39.5 All garments are cleaned & steamed, lint brushed, properly folded with tissue and poly bagged from a pet & smoke free home.
