Beate Heymann cropped knickers. Size US 10(Small)

Beata Heymann Street Couture. Funky cropped knickers! Stretchy cotton fabric with blue & beige stripes and an orange print. Band at bottom of legs is a Lycra-like fabric with lots of stretch. Striped ribbon detailing at back pockets and waistband. 30” waist, 10” rise, 17” length. Very nice condition! Size says US 10, but they run small (unless you like them to fit snug).
