Beat up 90s Brighton bag with hearts

I’m a sucker for saving old bags. What can I say? The lining on this bag is pretty torn up along the top as shown in pics. The canvas is still in good condition. Perhaps it can be fixed or used for a cool project! Dimensions are 16x10x5 inches Color is blackish brown
