Beast Character Backpack - Multicolor

New with tags. Over time it seems like the horns have left residue on the bag. I tried to wipe off but it doesn’t come off. The tips on the horns seem to be sticky. Which caused it to leave residue. Looks like it’s an issue with this bag for many collectors. Just a quality issue but isn’t noticeable unless you pull back the horns.
