For reference, your weighted blanket should be approximately 10% of your body weight. The blanket has been barely used. It was just too heavy for my son who weighs 140lb. I got him a 10lb one but the return window had closed on this one. It was used maybe 10 times over a sheet or coverlet and is in pristine condition. Smoke-free home!
