It is cut out and see-through, but there is a liner along the bottom and along the breast area so it can’t be seen through in those spots. this is in great condition there are no holes discoloration or any flaws. The middle of the dress across the belly area is cut out with no liner so you would see your bear skin in that spot. super pretty and sexy can be dressed up for a formal occasion with a sweater over it or can be one casual in the summertime.
