Beadweaving Herringbone Rope with Amethyst Focal Bead

A mix of vibrant and muted colors make up this seed beaded herringbone necklace. For a distinctive look between each set of colors, a gold row was added. A amethyst and gold filled "beaded bead" provides a dramatic focal point. Necklace is approximately 17 3/4 inches long. To support the beadwork, tubing and wire runs through. Sturdy construction! This necklace is unique and one of a kind. Over 50 hours of work took to acquire this choker/necklace. All of my jewelry is designed and handcrafted by me. I love to experiment with many different designs and although I may make similar designs more than once, each piece of jewelry is truly one of a kind due to variations between beads and within my own craft work.
