Bead, sequin and ribbon design over front, back and down both sleeves. Vintage with shoulder pads. Very nice detail. Lots of sparkle yet still elegant. Very good condition. Has been worn a few times. Size 3X.
Measuring armpit to armpit laid flat is 26 inches. Overall length neck to hem is 26 inches. Sleeve length is 23.5 inches.
Fabric is sheer with sheer lining. No snags noted. Occasional loose thread but no apparent missing beading.

@sandrakay84 hi! I added 2 picture of the back. It has a covered button closure at the neck. The other photo of the back barely shows my hand behind the fabric. The fabric is double thickness so only mildly sheer. Hope that is helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions.
