Beaded bodice pink and coral gown

Used beaded bodice gown was used as a pageant dress and has been loved. Still in really good condition a few of the beads are loose ( I can’t sew but they can be repaired) and there is a cluster of tiny water Marks That I have NOT attempted to remove as they are hidden beneath a chiffon waterfall fabric piece. ( see pic)
