Beaded Puff Vest

This is an interesting Vest. It's been gently used. There is one small hole just under one of the from bead designs. Not applicaes, the embroidery and beads were stitched on directly. There may be some loose beads but nothing obvious. The filling is feather down. Snaps and zips.
