Beaded Dot Blouse

This delicate blouse is flowy and elegant. Looks so sophisticated with black cigarette pants and high heels. This blouse is gently worn with some signs of wear/love. One of the buttons on the cuff is missing and a few of the black beads have fallen off (please see pics). Anyone who crafty could easily sew on little black beads and a button to make this shirt perfect again.
