@gtor124 hi! It’s a cold shoulder top but with a little bit more of top of arm showing. Elbows are covered there is fabric under arms and when you lift arm the shirt open up like a cape. It has a built in stretchy top underneath. I’m sorry it hard to explain lol i can take more pics if needed. It’s very beautiful and flowy
