I bought this year's back, opened one DVD but never used. includes 5 DVDs, only one has been opened. shape it up, keep it up, tear it up, mix it up are all unopened. the first DVD is start it up, ramp it up, burn it up and a couple others and that has been opened. flip book- 6 day express diet plan. book- simple steps to success. keys to success tracker. add some old.school DVDs to your home gym workout routine and have a little fun! it came with a resistance band set but I don't have that, I think there is at least 1 DVD that you would need to have a band for.
