Beachbody Focus T25 Alpha Beta Gamma Workout DVD Set and Resistance Band. The Alpha and Beta Disc Set is pre-owned. The Gamma Disc Set is New Sealed. All discs are present and have been tested. Please note that the glue has come loose on some of the paper disc holders, as seen in the last photo. Also, please note that the resistance band is not the original that came with the DVD set. It is a Bally Total Fitness resistance band. I am not sure about the strength, but I believe it is light or medium.
