Beach dress or cover-up

Perfect beach dress to wear out with a blue base color accented with colored flowers, this dress could also be a swimsuit coverup. Despite the size on tags at a 2, the ability to tie straps around the neck can able this dress to be flexible in size. The back is quite open with the “stretchy part” falling low on me not being tight at all. Very comfortable and worn once!
