Beach bash! Empire waist dress w/ Peter Pan collar

Sweet little retro dress that works for all seasons. Green with little birds, long sleeve, cute collar. Purchased at the Bettie Page store that used to be in the Haight in SF. Label says “beach Bash by Art and Tatyana”
