XL Top- I’m a 34C and it fits perfect so I’d say this runs a tad small M Bottoms- run pretty true to size Includes staps, only flaw is when i put the top on the little tab that you hook the strap on came undone, super easy fix or if you don’t want to use the straps it’s good to go as is. Worn once. All sequins in tact
