BeBe Ruffled Blouse with heart shaped buttons

Elegant blouse with ruffled front. I know it looks cream in the pictures, but it’s actually white. Collar and the shirt cuffs are in satin. It’s a beautiful shirt only worn once it runs small even though it says large if you have a large chest, it’s not gonna work, which is my problem. It’s a beautiful shirt and I love it. I just wish it fit by bust. Super cute 24 inches. In length
