Be weary if buying posh

Reposhing this item I purchased from @abcpoli. Loved these shoes when I received them. Wore them immediately that same night. The sole of the shoe broke and completely fell off. Just two hours of wearing them. I had to take them off to walk in my bare feet on the ground and then put them on again. I did not accept the purchase because they fell apart. This is the third time this has happened after buy a pair of shoes on posh. That is why I wore them before accepting my purchase. Posh has decided that this does not qualify for a return or refund because I wore them?! Unbelievable! Posh is making me pay for these shoes. I am removing my closet of two years and I will never buy from posh again. So sad.
