Be A Considerate Posher Seller/Buyer

It’s requested that buyers Open, Inspect and Rate promptly. I whole heartedly agree. Posh will hold a sellers payment until it’s accepted or three days have passed. Whichever comes first. To add to the discussion, courtesy is a two way street. Frustrating things as a buyer: Sellers that receive offline offers & won’t reach out to re-offer, let you know or even cancel your order. They make the buyer wait 8 days to be able to cancel the non-shipped item for a refund, which Posh will then give within 2 more days. As a buyer, your money is tied up for 10 days by posh, And possibly preventing you from doing business with someone else. If a seller does this, they are unreliable & inconsiderate of the buyers. Sellers that wait 5-8 days to ship. Then watch the tracking & as soon as it’s delivered they’re messaging within an hour to prompt you to hurry & accept. Rude. Sellers, please take care with items you’re selling and don’t cram a purse into a plastic bag & hope it makes it. Your buyer is looking forward to the purchase. Buyers- Open, inspect, rate prior to 3 days. Be respectful of sellers, especially if they are prompt, communicate & package well. Things happen, try or communicate with the seller. Sellers: Ship within the 3 days, & be considerate if things change. It’s 1 Rate Shipping prices, make an effort.
