hi - i see you added some details to the dress - the belt with pearls and bow in the back - is it a belt that comes off or did you sow it in?

@rrubinstein not shortened but i did have the straps pulled up (i have this problem with most dresses where the back length is too long) amd dress taken in a little bit . I am a petite 5' 2.5" and wore 4 inch heels
