Cute, comfy and versatile skirt by Batsheva. The smocked waist has white zig zag embroidery, and the hem is trimmed in a white scalloped embroidery. Had pockets and tons of stretch. Worn once or twice, it has no flaws. A size 10, the waist stretches from 13-19”. The length is approx 26”
