Open box new. Tags say M: 9 - 13 Large 3 New with Tags Different Batman themed socks and a pack of sealed playing cards. Really nice and really cool. Box is in good shape but may have minor scratches and wear from storage and has some residual clear tape on the back I couldn't get off without damaging the box.
