Batman Lot Rubie's Costume Adult Sz Large & Mask by Spin Masters DC Comics

This is a lot of 2 DC Comics Batman items. One is a body suit costume with padded chest and shoulder pads. Includes attached shoe covers. The mask WAS a voice-changing mask, but even with new batteries, I couldn't get it work. There is a nose piece to keep it from drooping on your face, and the head strap is adjustable.
