Batman Batcycle Motorcycle small action figure toy motorized turbo power

Vintage 90s small Batman bat cycle motorcycle small action figure toy. Motorized turbo power that seems to be at least somewhat working, I don’t know exactly how it worked when it was new but when you spin the back wheel Batman’s arms fly up in the air. You can see and also hear the motor if you watch the video with the sound. Batman’s head also can be turned in different directions if you wish. I believe he came with a cape but not sure what happened to that so it is not included. Overall good condition but there is wear consistent with play such as minor dirt, dust, scratches, scuffs etc . Sold as is.
