Batik Hawaiian Print Cover-up/Dress

I purchased this batik Hawaiian print cover-up/dress in Hawaii. It's been washed but never worn. The tag says one size but it would be best suited for S/M. 100% rayon with elastic smocked mid-section. Halter top bodice with ties at neck. Asymmetrical handkerchief style hem. In perfect condition. Approx. Measurements Laid Flat: Waist - 10 3/4, easily stretches to 20" Length of skirt from below waist (at the shortest part) - 14 1/2" Length of skirt from below waist (at the longest part) - 28"
