This is such a dreamy skirt! Blue with embroidered batik style tie dye sections in a wave like ocean pattern. The front has shell like designs and the back is bursts of white dye. Although it gives the illusion of a wrap skirt, it just has one side that lifts slightly and a waist with a zipper down the back. No label or size but fits a modern medium.
