Bathingsuit bottoms

This was never worn. I bought it in punta cana then decided I didn't want it & can't return it. The tag says size large but it's too small to be a large. I wear size 9 & 11 in jeans and these are too small for me. It might fit someone who wears a size 5 or 7, just guessing. If I measured right, the inseam is 9 inches long and the width is about 15 inches long.
