Would the top fit a 38C? I bought a one piece and she lowered the price for shipping or she thought because I still payed 4.99 and I asked if she could ship so it would be here by yesterday as it was my grandsons birthday and she said she would the next day and tomorrow is the 7th day no ship so I'm canceling tomorrow this has happened 4 times and I left messages with them and even had posh remind them I really can't believe that some people do this!
