claire9274 hi , definitely packable, wearable in temperatures hi 30's maybe, definitely 40's, not for below freezing temperatures. If you need more measurements, I can take them, maybe the bottom or some inches above the bottom

claire9274 It is used but excellent condition. As mentioned in the description the jacket is reversible and therefore has no tags of any kind. please see measurements. 25 pit to pit meaning 50 inches around the bust
