in used condition but have alot of life left! I haven't worn these in at least 3 years so it's time they find a new home! these are extremely comfortable with a rubber sole. there is some scuffs on the heels that could possible be buffed out with some leather conditioner no odors these do run a bit big- I am an 8.5 to 9 usually in a wider width and these just are a little too short for me now . this style is discontinued
