Basically Brand New Blue Express Pants

These pants are long, lightweight and very very cute! Unfortunately they don’t fit me even though I wish they did. I recently had them dry cleaned since they’ve been sitting in my closet, unworn! Perfect condition, great for work. Somewhat high rise waist. Best possible shade of blue
