genesishdez @ichabot1 hi! Sorry I missed your first comment. The measurements you asked for laying flat are: shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16”, underarm to underarm 19”, waist (across button closure) 19”, and length from nape of neck to bottom of blazer 31.5”. Hope this helps!

genesishdez @ichabot1 I wouldn’t say it’s in pristine condition since it is used and has been worn a handle full of times. But it is in great condition. And there no flaws, holes or stains. It’s exactly as pictured in the last two photos (color and wrinkles from wear).
